No, PNY has not received any reports of injuries caused by the PowerPack T10400.

No. Please stop using it immediately and contact PNY to discuss the matter and solutions.

4. How can I tell if my PowerPack needs to be recalled?

The products affected by this recall only include certain models of the PowerPack T10400—model numbers P-B-10400-12-K02-RB, P-B-10400-12-K02-RBC, and P-B-10400-12-C02-RB. The model number can be found by looking at the bottom of the PowerPack. To determine if your product is being recalled, call PNY at (800) 234-4597 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the Support Page.

5. What is PNY doing as a remedy?

PNY is providing customers with solutions based upon availability of replacement product and/or otherwise. Customers need to call the toll-free number or e-mail PNY to confirm eligibility and to provide PNY with their address.

6. How can I participate in the replacement program?

Customers can call the toll-free number or e-mail PNY for additional information regarding the recall solution program. 7. I no longer have the receipt for the PowerPack. Can I still participate in the free replacement program?

Yes. You can participate by contacting PNY. No receipt is necessary.

8. Can I take the unit back to the store where I purchased it?

No, retailers will not accept the units nor will they provide any remedy. For instructions regarding participating in the recall, please see Q6.

9. Is the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission aware of this recall?

Yes, this recall is conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission who will monitor the effectiveness of this recall program.
